A few helpful
things to know.
Clear information to help your visit feel easy, from booking to arriving at the salon.
Arrivals
Please arrive at your appointment time—not early or late. There is a small waiting area, but the salon can get busy.
If Courtney is working alone, the front door may be locked. Please call 01264 790044 and she will let you in.
Cancellations & missed appointments
If you can’t attend, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
This charge must be paid before any further appointments can be made.
Running late
Please contact the salon as soon as you know you’re running late, so we can accommodate your appointment where possible.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may not receive the full service or may be asked to return at another time.
If you’re late without letting Courtney know, your appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation fee will still apply.
Bookings & messages
Please use the Book an appointment buttons on this website or the booking links on social media. Square lets you manage appointments, add or remove services and receive appointment reminders.
For appointment updates or other questions, contact the salon directly.
As we move into the festive period, responses may take longer. Messages will be monitored primarily for emergencies or appointment updates.

Where can I park?
Free street parking is available outside the salon for up to one hour. The free St James Street car park is approximately a two-minute walk away and is useful for longer appointments.
Is the salon accessible?
There is a wide entrance and hallway, and an accessible toilet. Please contact Courtney before your appointment to discuss any specific access requirements.
How do I book an appointment?
Use any Book an appointment button to open the existing Square booking service, where you can choose a treatment and an available time.

What time should I arrive?

When is the salon open on Saturdays?
The salon opens every other Saturday, from 10:00 to 16:00. Check Square for available dates.
